The Diet!

This diet works on a chemical breakdown.  DO NOT CHANGE OR SUBSTITUTE ANY OF THE ABOVE FOOD.  By doing so the diet will not work.  DO NOT COUNT CALORIES.  This diet is allowed three days at a time.  The other four days you should eat anything you want in moderation.  Then repeat the above menu.  You should lose 10 pounds each three days of the diet.  You should lose 40 pounds of solid fat in a 30 day period by only dieting 12 days.  It is easier to diet Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of each week.  The first month you should take off 40 pounds.  Each month thereafter 20 pounds.  GO FOR IT!

You may have coffee, tea, or diet drinks, non-nutritive sweeteners - but NO sugar, butter, or margarine. 
 

Day 1 Breakfast

1/2 grapefruit or 8 oz grapefruit juice

1 slice dry toast

2 T. peanut butter 
 

Lunch

1/2 c. or 4 oz tuna drained

1 slice dry toast 
 

Dinner

2 pieces any kind of meat, 3 oz. each

1 c. green beans

1 c. beets with 1 T. vinegar 
 

Day 2 Breakfast

1 boiled egg

1 slice dry toast

1 banana 
 
 

Lunch

1 c. cottage cheese

5 saltines 
 

Dinner

2 hot dogs (no buns)

1 c. fresh broccoli (cooked or raw)

1/2 c. carrots

1 banana

1/2 c. vanilla ice cream 
 

Day 3 Breakfast

5 saltine crackers

1 1 oz. slice cheddar cheese

1 apple 
 

Lunch

1 boiled egg

1 slice dry toast 
 

Dinner

1 c. tuna

1 c. beets w/vinegar

1 c. fresh cauliflower (cooked or raw)

1/2 cantaloupe

1/2 c. vanilla ice cream
